HOW TO PLACE AN AD

HSC is the highest ranking show site on the internet , and our company's home base.
ALL ADS run for the first 90 DAYS for FREE. A featured ad status is only $10 USD.
Featured ads rotate on the homepage, and featured ads appear above non-featured ads on all sorted search pages of the site.
We welcome horse property for sale by home owner, agent and broker alike, and provide Multiple/List Coop Numbers on each ad. Agents do not have to repeatedly type in their contact information. We believe we are offering one of the best ad formats devised online.
To create an ad, follow the following steps:
FIRST STEP - You must Become a Site User .There is no charge. All this form asks you to do is to make up a username and password for yourself. Once done, you will be taken to your own private, Admin page, your Main Menu page, from which you will be able to create as many ads as you wish.
From your Main Menu page, you are able to enter either a Standard or a Featured Ad. ad., and you will select either for sale by agent/broker or for sale by home owner.
SECOND STEP – Once you create your username and password you will select either "for sale by agent/broker", or "for sale by home owner". You will next be asked to select the time period you wish your ad to run: either 3 mos ( FREE at this time), or the paid 4 mos, 6 mos , or a year, or you can select a paid agent/broker multiple ads package.
THIRD STEP -- Ad details are entered via our easy walkthrough format.
FOURTH STEP -- When you return to edit or update your ads, you will click the Site Users LOGIN Button on the upper left of the homepage, under the header. Login by typing your user name and password, and you are always taken to your private Main Menu page. On this page will be the titles of all of your ads and to the right of each name is an edit button, which allows you to update any information on that single ad. EACH TIME YOU LOGIN YOU ARE READY TO GO FOR ENTERING NEW ADS OR EDITING EXISTING ADS.
An easy and quick way to transfer Agent info to a new ad is available to safe time.
Important Things to Know:
Photos --Ten photos are allowed with every single ad and are presented in a slide show at the the top of your ad.
Video Tours --Enter the url for youtube or realtor's website video tour and this will appear as part of your ad.
Multiple/List Coop Numbers - just enter them so buyers have that option available
Open House -- A place for date(s) is available and it is incredibly easy to edit you're ad.
Editing -- is available online 365/24/7, from your own private Main Menu/Admin page.
Ad Titles - When creating titles for your ads, use words that capture the interest of the buyer.
Multiple online search - Each listing can be found via our search tool, by the ad name, state and city and shoppers have the option to order the search by date of listing and price.
Property Details – USE what is made available to you here, to enter the details that property buyers want most to know, and that will make them respond to your ad. Our ads allow very complete listing information, just for that purpose.
Update, Update, Update -- Shoppers do NOT want to waste their time reading about property tht has sold. Editing is easy and quick and is available to you at your own conveneince. Once the expiration date of your ad is reached, your ad WILL be automatically deleted. If the property sells prior to that, login and either delete or mark it "sold"!
Inclusion in our Online Agents' List – Any paid ad running on this site includes the option of having your Agent name, address and phone number included in our published "Current Agent's List.Please email your details after paying for your ad.

Those interested in Banner Ads, which rotate in the header of EVERY page of the site, must email for possibility of placement as these slots are of limited availability.
